Engineer Operations

We are in need for operation engineer having more than 10 years’ experience in 2-EH or Butanol Production plants. 2-Ethyl Hexanol (2EH) OR Butanol Production plants

To support daily operations, which includes troubleshooting, plant optimization, equipment resources, debottlenecking, equipment commissioning and production loss accounting.

- He is responsible to ensure the plant provides maximum unit availability in a safe and economical manner by providing support to plant personnel using available resources.

- Compliance with EHSS & SHEMS Procedure:

- Comply with Company policies and SHEMs procedures, quality procedures and Company ISO certified standards.

- Ensures SHEM procedures compliance in his area with right tools & equipment to perform their task safely.

- Be aware of all MSDS, SHEM in general and be fully familiar with specific SHEM responsibilities related to the position and ensures full compliance to SHEM Systems, Practices and Procedures.

- Full aware of EHSS critical equipment’s & its maintenance strategy.

- Lead / Participate in department risk assessment; Coordinate implementation of controls from results of hazard analysis.

- Analyze and report the EHSS related information / Data for further communications (to RC).

- Reports all Near Misses & Accidents.

- Conduct training of operating personnel in relation to new equipment installation and process control modifications.
