Cylinder Filling Operator - RIG

الوصف الوظيفي
• Conduct prefilling inspection of cylinders as per Best operating procedure

• Fill gas cylinders as per standard operating procedure.

• Report gas volume / no of cylinders filled in his shift.

• Operating mini PC for barcode scanning / Filling module PLC operation

• Responsible for Cryogenic bulk liquid products offloading in his shift by applying standard operating procedure

• Coordinate with the concern for filling equipments maintenance and calibration of measuring devices.

• Apply minimum standards of HSE instructions in daily activities

• Report shifts wise product loss to supervisor

• Follow ISO QMS in the filling process

• Involve for team discussion and provide suggestion and recommendations for improvement

• Report KPI’s

• Responsible for overall housekeeping in production premises.

• Any other jobs assigned by direct manager

المهارات
• Diploma or Technical certificate course in any discipline

• Minimum 3 years’ experience production plant work exposure, industrial gas field experience is an added advantage.

• Basic knowledge of compressed gas filling equipments, instruments and gases

• Self-motivated

• Good computer skills such as MS office and other software knowledge and experience

• Fluent in English and local language
