الوصف الوظيفي · Defining and executing plans for development and increasing productivity · Controlling expenses and keeping it within the set budget · Raising the technical performance of the unit in the region Technical Duties · Following up on daily work assignments roster and maintains work performance records · Deploying cleaners at the Plant and checking the quality of their work contentiously · Checking that all required cleaning materials and equipment are available and informing the Plant Production Manager if there is any shortage · Inspecting facilities for cleaning completeness and instructing personnel to correct errors General Administrative Duties · Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates for reviewing progress and work flow, discussing their suggestions and taking suitable actions accordingly. · Preparing periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct supervisor for review. · Specifying manpower requirements according to the recruitment and selection system and as per the human resources planning practices at the company. · Identifying training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of the training courses in coordination with the concerned personnel in the Human Resources Section · Following-up employee affairs including vacations, leaves …etc · Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices at the company · Performing any other duties related to his/her job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor المهارات https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/food-hygiene-officer-4372327/ |
