The primary role of IT Administrators is to oversee and maintain all aspects of a company’s computer infrastructure. This includes maintaining networks, servers and security programs and systems. IT Administrators manage the upgrade and installation of new hardware and software, perform troubleshooting to address any problems with computer systems, and assess viruses and potential threats to a company’s network. IT Administrators might also monitor the use of email, create and change passwords, make suggestions for improvements to computer systems, backup data and perform data recovery if needed.

Good Knowledge on Windows 10 Operating Systems to install, upgrade and patch
Good Knowledge on Windows 2019 Server to provide folder rights, access permission, Print Server
Knowledge in LAN, WAN parameters (Subnets, Gateways etc.)
Knowledge in AD, Hyper-V, DHCP, DNS, FTP, WSUS, MacAfee AV
Good Knowledge in configuring Cisco, TPLink, DLink Access Points
Knowledge in security systems i.e. CCTV cameras and Biometric Machines
Video Conference systems
Knowledge with Ubiquity P2P links.
Knowledge in IP Telephony networks.
Good Knowledge on PC accessories
Installation of Server Printers and Scanners
Troubleshooting users’ computers
Install client software and applications MS-Office O365, Adobe Reader etc.
IT Asset Management S.W & H.W
Coordinating with IT vendors in case of any technical requirements.
Inventory of IT Assets, Asset Tags and Security
Monthly IT reports
Knowledge in Word, Excel and Power point.
