Job Description:
• Lead Voice and collaboration Engineers with 9-11 years of experience work within the highly skilled Support Services Team to deliver exceptional Level 3 support. Design, build, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot complex enterprise voice networks
• Knowledge on Cisco Voice products and networks in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge on Avaya Voice products and networks in an enterprise environment
• Experience voice Operational 24/7 support and project implementations
• Experience in designing, document of installation, configuration & troubleshooting ‘Voice and Collaboration tool, solution and executing projects.
• Should have hand on experience on Cisco Meeting Server (CMS)
• Well versed with Advance collaboration applications such as Expressway for RMA and B2B feature
• Knowledge about Cisco WebEx on premise and cloud
• Hand on experience to trace and reads the log from call manager and voice gateway
• Must have sound knowledge on MGCP gateway
• Must have knowledge on Cisco IM & Presence server
• Knowledge on Avaya notification Server/ Meeting exchange server.
• Sound Knowledge of Voice over IP protocols e.g. H.323, SIP, MGCP, H.248
• Good Knowledge of UCS servers.
• Knowledge of Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), long distance and toll-free network features, and call routing / control protocols (i.e. Q.SIG, E&M;, ISDN PRI, POTS, CAS)
• Fundamentals of Voice gateway 3800 series, 2900 series, VG224, UCS, MCS, CISCO IP Phone
• Maintenance & Backup of IP Telephony Systems
• Experience on Cisco IP Telephony
• Maintenance & Backup of IP Telephony Systems
• Experience of installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Cisco Routers, Switches and Firewalls from different Vendors.
• WAN Topologies: Identify and correct chronic issues associated with WAN / LAN.
• Experience on Cisco IP Telephony
• Good working experience of ITIL processes. Incident, Change Requests, SR, RCA creation for P1, P2 tickets.
• Ensuring accurate recording of all cases using the ticketing tool and closing within agreed SLA
• Good client/Stakeholder management, Status Reporting, and documentations
• Cisco Voice certifications, CCNA, CCNP prefer and proven experience of 8+ years in enterprise and voice technologies
