· Selecting Projects and Contractors

· Making marketing and introduce Expertise contarcting company.

· Taking projects information in market

· Coordinating and Making tender submission with tendering Dept.

· Study the budget of the project & quotation. competitors Analysis

· Preparing the quotation

· Payment collection & Project progress.

· Submitting the quotation to the client and discuss it with him and changing some terms till we finalize it and take the (LOI)

· Follow up the project until it is finished by visiting sites around the kingdom when it is necessary to solve problems.

· Visiting Clients, Ministries and projects weekly or monthly to be near them and know about their new work and their new activity
