Operations Manager
Job Description: Operations Manager
The Operation Manager will be responsible for all aspects of B2B overall growth of E-commerce and daily Operations Business.
This includes implanting strong digital marketing plan, conduct Analytics to optimize website conversion and traffic, new customer acquisition, email marketing campaigns, social media, day to day operations to oversee the backend ecommerce integrations including shipping, Inspections, orders tracking, payment and customer satisfaction.
Update the Master Data in the inventory catalogue and insure its reliability.
Monitor and manage the development and maintenance of Master Data in the inventory catalogue and insure its reliability, robustness and quality.
Assist and lead the evaluation and reviewing of conformity of requested parts against the required specification criteria to ensure accurate stock coding of the parts.
Act as a technical expert for purchasing and review conformity of requested parts against the required specification criteria to ensure accurate stock coding of the part.
Provide subject matter technical engineering expertise and support and review technical work of coworker.
Evaluate prices of materials and compare to market prices for equipment, spare parts and industrial materials in general especially high demand ones.
Communicate with Suppliers, Vendors, Buyers, Sellers, EPC Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Manufacturers etc. to negotiate, brining purchase orders and deals to the Company.
Sourcing for equipment or spare parts requested by clients. This needs good connections and networks.
Develop, prepare and present relevant reports as required.
Suggest and test enhancements that could be applied to the inventory catalogue.
Assist in determining the source of problems and develop solutions.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Company General Manager.
Reviewing the Drawings and Data Sheets of Spare Parts and map them with the potential market requirements.
Perform Website Database Cleaning, monitoring and update the changes.
Verify and correct quantity of Spare Parts in the Database.
Responsible of all incoming list of materials from the customer. (Normalization, Breakdown and Standardization).
Perform Specification review and enhance the quality of the catalogued materials.
Identifying Duplication of the catalogued materials.
Manage the Customers Registration, Classification and prepare Customer Master Data.
Conduct visits to clients to physically check the materials and attend meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree of Material or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Field (prefer experience in dealing with Aramco & Sabic projects).
Demonstrated success in working in dynamic, fast-pace entrepreneurial organization.
Excellent hands-on knowledge of e-commerce industry,
Hardworking, persistent, and dependable.
Positive, energetic and enthusiastic.
Prefer Saudi or Transferrable iqama (if non-Saudi).
Experience in SAP, Oracle and similar.
Excellent English (both verbal and writing communications) and presentation skills.
Unique entrepreneurial and organizational skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Must be skillful in presentation with strong ability in conducting negotiations in a persuasive manner.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Practical effectiveness in working on Internet infrastructure, and ability to deliver commitments on time.
Experience in customer relations and time management skills.
Must possess strong initiative, be self-motivated and demonstrate strong work principles.
Must exhibit ethical integrity in handling assignments.
Professional business acumen with proficiency in working out budgets.
Flexible to relocate.
Strong use of Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Website admin role, email searching & communications.
Excellent connections and networks needed for sourcing of urgently needed equipment and spare parts.
