الوصف الوظيفي Key Duties and Responsibilities The day/day duties and responsibilities include: - On Receipt of “Request for Quotes” from clients, start internal workflow to clarify the technical and commercial requirements. - Prepare timely & precise technical/commercial Quotations, after clear identification of the customer requested Spare Parts. - Develop long term strategic framework agreements with clients to ensure active recurring supply of company’s spare parts. - Research on potential for active selling of complete Coperion portfolio of products, thereby achieve the company’s allocated targets. - Follow up with clients via phone/email & offer any further support (or) requirements needed to get Purchase orders for the provided Quotations & thereby achieve order intake. - Close follow up with Coperion Headquarters for ongoing orders & organize dispatch, logistics, & Saudi customs clearance processes. - Active individual contribution in order to achieve monthly budgeted sales figures, as per company guidelines. المهارات - Knowledge in MS-Office Packages, & willingness to learn specific Coperion ERP, Reporting systems. - Knowledge in material management, sales analysis, inventory control. - Excellent Fluency in English language (written & spoken), Arabic preferable.
