IT Technician

الوصف الوظيفي
Installing, configuring desktops, laptops, printers, network devices.

Install and setup Windows OS and application software.

Support office365 email, network printers, and network shares.

Troubleshoot, debug, and diagnose hardware issues. Repair and replace parts to resolve the issues.

Install, test, punch UTP cables for voice and data, and maintain the labeling and records.

Coordinate with procurement team on required materials/assets.

Maintain the Assets inventory (desktops, laptops, printers, mouse, keyboards, SIM cards etc), spares list, network diagrams on continual basis.

Schedule the updates, upgrades, patches, fixes periodically with minimal business impact.

Update and maintain the incident logs, fixes, corrective/preventive actions taken.

Any other related duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

المهارات
Diploma degree in Computer Science or related field.

3 years experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.

A+, Linux+ or Cisco Certified Network Associate accreditation advantageous.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Proficient in database programming and software installation.

Attention to detail.

Good problem-solving skills.
