Service Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي
· Provide answers to questions relative to specifications, capabilities and applicability fo products posed by customers, customer service representatives, sales staff and technicians.

· Estimates repair costs and makes sure that parts or services are completed in a timely manner.

· Ensures that parts inventory matches vehicles in system, coordinates with parts person, and updates as necessary.

· Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment, and provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules.

· Inspect, test, and measure completed work, using devices such as hand tools or gauges to verify conformance to standards or repair requirements.

· Maintains preventive maintenance records (hard copy and computer).

· Troubleshooting of problems encountered by customer using company products. Provide suggestions for technical corrections in operation or procedures.

· Ordering correct parts for vehicles.

· Ensuring warranty standards are adhered to

· Liaising with other departments with regards to parts and any other queries as the workshop representative

· Making sure all servicing work is carried out correctly, competently and on time, with customer satisfaction in mind.

المهارات
Minimum 3 - 5 years of automotive field experience.
High diploma/bachelor Degree equivalent in relevant.
The ability to build and maintain good customer service.
Good organizational & communication skills.
Confidence in using IT / MS office software & operations system.
Candidate target within KSA, eligible for transfer sponsorship.
