الوصف الوظيفي Prepares the day to day Payroll and Compensation and Benefits transactions to ensure accurate and timely implementation in accord with Company policies and procedures and Saudi Labour laws. KEY ACCOUNTABILITY: Payroll : * Prepare all SAP payroll transactions and entered them accurately in line with Company policy and control the entire payroll process to ensure timely payments Compensation : * Prepares, checks and reconcile all reimbursements made to employees are in line with Company approved policies and procedures. This includes reimbursement of all expenses relating to business travel, medicals, schooling (for expatriates), relocation, annual leave, travel tickets and recruitment expenses for prospective recruits. Promotion and Merit Increases : * Prepares and makes data entry of all transactions related to the change in compensation and benefits arising from promotion and merit increases in accordance with approved guidelines. Final Settlement : * Prepares checks and reconcile the computation of leaving employees final settlement package, including the end of service benefits to be paid are in accord with the Saudi employment laws and company policies. Employee Benefits : * Assisting the supervisor, compensations and benefits in conducting community surveys with leading companies in the area to collect information on their Benefits plans and present a comparison table with recommendations for the Company to update or develop new Benefits plans. Policies & Procedures: * Read and insure implementation of operational compensations and benefits procedures and instructions according to company approved policies and procedures. Safety, Quality & Environment: * Adhere to all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures, instructions so that the safety, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed. المهارات 1- Time management 2- Experienced with ERP payroll module (SAP).
