الوصف الوظيفي Position the role of Business Partner as an integral part of the business management team by developing effective working relationships, influencing and challenging the senior management team on their personal Management style. Advising and Consulting in the development and delivery of people plans in support of the achievement of the business and HR strategies. Proactively gain business feedback to aid HR functions improve the level of service and receive feedback where an issue/project may impact the business. KEY ACCOUNTABILITY: Partner with key executives and involve them actively in generating ideas and supporting implementation (e.g. proactively get involved in leadership meetings concerning HR themes, conduct interviews, focus groups or roundtables to receive feedback on HR related issues and Projects). Participate with Business management and HRBP communities to develop and implement human capital strategies that effectively achieve business results in a dynamic, engaged environment. Facilitate the organizational design and analysis; identify critical skills and competencies to deliver on business strategies. Engage with Business attending their regular meetings to understand their issues and spot areas of support from HR. Manage the implementation of HR processes, programs, and facilitate implementation of HR priorities. Continuously provide input into the design of HR corporate programs and policies. Conduct & Analyze employee satisfaction Survey to make recommendations to improve the organization performance, Employee engagement and Productivity and HR services. Monitor HR policies, practices and procedural compliance. Interpret & communicate policies and policy changes. Lead the Talent review Process with the Business helping to analyse and provide solutions for talent management/career development of employees. Highlight the potential of employees, Succession Planning, Leadership Assessment process, and Training Needs assessment. Advocate Change by becoming a change agent for HR strategically initiatives in the business/functions. Identify Key stakeholders and have regular conversations to support the new changes.
