الوصف الوظيفي To develop and design training for individuals or groups within a framework of available programs, in order to meet identified development requirements. Creating new program modules that develop required certain skills necessary for employees to perform their job. KEY ACCOUNTABILITY: Training Needs Analysis: preparing the Training Needs Analysis. Training Execution: Monitor the design, delivery and presentation of training programs in order to ensure consistency, quality and relevance of delivered courses. Training Evaluation: Monitor training feedback and post training progress of participants to assess effectiveness of training and make improvements in quality of training. Organizational Development: Review, Analyse and recommend changes to Policies & Procedures in terms of benchmarking them with international standards and best practices so that are effective and meet business needs and be amongst the best in the market. Career Development: Review career development process and recommend methods to identify the most suitable candidate for career progression. Participates in career development issues, discussing career paths with line managers to ensure the provision of appropriate opportunities to MaSa staff. Policies & Procedures: Recommend improvements to departmental policy and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of training activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service. Safety, Quality & Environment: Act as the vocal point to ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls across the training section to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude. JOB CONTEXT: The job holder has to keep knowledge of latest training and development methods, techniques, and technology available internationally in order to conduct state-of-the-art training programs. المهارات Expertise in those areas for which the role has training responsibility. Excellent Written and Spoken English language. Strong interpersonal skills. Experience in using of training aids. Good Knowledge of SAP software applications. Excellent Computer Skills. Generic Skills: English Language – Level 3 Health & Safety Systems. Knowledge of Policy & Procedure. Quality Management Systems. SAP. Time Management. Business Skills & Understanding.
