Prepare short and long term manpower forecast for the company taking into consideration expected growth and new projects, by understanding the business plan and liaising with Executive Director’s/Managers to translate that into quantifiable headcount requirements. Prepare and maintain records of staff information to include manpower composition: skills, nationalities, education and experience in order to conduct analysis and make recommendations for manpower redeployment or shortages to address the business needs. Analyze results of the exit interview reports to prepare an annual turnover study ad prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis reports to Management. Maintain an up to date organization chart at all times covering every division within the company.
