SR. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

We are looking for SR. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

OBJECTIVE

This position provides technical expertise on equipment-based or repair technique-based which impacts the availability and maintainability of the equipment/system. It also includes maintenance subject matter expertise on manufacturing plant issues that impact production over a short period of time

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 Provides technical expertise on troubleshooting failure, repairs and evaluating the service conditions of rotating as well as static equipment.

 Perform all work within code compliance, applicable industry specification, standards and recommended practices, as well as company specifications and standard,

 Provides technical input to strategies for maintenance, repair and replacement specifications

 Develop and review maintenance procedures

 Provides experience on failures and repair techniques during root cause analysis.

 Work in coordination with supporting departments to define action plan to resolve technical problems

 Evaluates condition-based monitoring activities and determines appropriate action plan

 Serves as technical resource to the planner on work packages

 Provides technical support to define scope of work during plant turnaround work Review spare parts list of existing equipment and works with MRO to define inventory strategy to ensure adequate parts are stocked in support of the maintenance strategy

 Supports in developing maintenance as well as capital budget to support the maintenance strategy

 Provides equipment specific training to work personnel whenever require
