To manage submittals and approvals. To provide technical support to the construction team with respect to coordination of architecture, MEP, structural and other engineering aspects. And ensure compliance to specifications in order to meet the program and contractual obligations and sign-offs. To deal with technical issues as they arise on the project.
المهارات
•Prepare drawings and submittals to program.
• Review IFC drawings to identify technical issues.
• Check associated drawings and documents including client drawings, sub-contractors shop drawings and technical materials for compliance.
• Implement and coordinate the development solutions to meet the requirements of procurement and construction program.
• Ensure technical compliance of temporary works of design consultants.
• Supervise technical matters on permanent and temporary works design to ensure compliance with relevant engineering / design requirements / bid documents• Oversee all permanent and temporary works designs.
• Identify and prepare all engineering drawings required to supplement the design and QΑ documentation for the construction of works.
• Assist in the development of QA documentation with construction staff to ensure that design & HSE requirements are met and all elements of activities are sufficiently documented.
• Ensure best construction methodology, techniques, and resources are planned and agreed• Set up Document Control
