• LOADING AND UNLOADING MATERIALS
Load and Unload materials and equipments from incoming suppliers and stack them to assigned area/ racks.
• STAGING MATERIALS
Locate, move and stage stock of materials to pallets or racks for storage or for issuing/Inspection.
• EQUIPMENTS INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE
Maintain inspection and maintenance program for all warehouse equipment and initiate and follow up all required maintenance requisitions for warehouse equipment.
• Support Materials Movements Activities
Support different materials movements activities when required. Ensure that information/ data in the system are accurate and matching available quantities in physical location. Report any damaged/variance and acquire required approval for adjustment as per company policy.
• PROJECT/TURNAROUND RETURN/ LEFT OVER MATERIALS
Provide required support for storing/dispatching returned/left over Materials from Projects/ Turnaround.
• SAFETY
Maintain safety awareness and enforce safety standards in different warehouse storage space and equipment through stocking heavy materials and equipment in lower/ grounded shelves and comply with maximum capacity of each storage rack in order to meet the Company tenets of operation and safety regulation.
• REPORTS DELIVERIES
Provide required reports regarding equipment conditions, repair quires as requested by management.
