1. Embank in preparing & implementation of marketing plan, tools and contract channels for present and future expected clients 2. Prepare & implement public relations & strategies to improve our company image & profile to maximize our market share & total turn over 3. Prepare and implement awareness campaigns as part of marketing plan and recommend proper tools to achieve goals for marketing plan 4. Collect, organize tabulate and up date data for preparing marketing plan to target clients on solid information. 5. Monitor developments & news related to our company business or competitors & report all this in proper reporting system to owners 6. Suggest and recommend plans related to policies Supports Company’s market share and turnover 7. Participate in management meetings explaining expected demand & performance related to our marketing plan. 8. Participate in designing & developing Alasmakh & Albarrak industrial services (ABISCO) profile on Web Site, using tools to maximize our business volume furthermore, introduce more ways to receive clients feed back and comments by encouraging interaction with clients & end users. 9. Avail & tabulate data needed to conduct feasibility studies and future plans to support decision making process. solid experience in plant services projects as follows:- -Hands on experience on Business Development, Project Management, Costing, Estimation, Monitoring and Control. -Proficient in preparing Technical and Commercial proposals for Industrial Services. 10. Perform any other tasks assigned to him by owners 11. participate in preparation of annual budgets for different SBU with department heads and Finance Manager. 12. registration of ABISCO with oil and gas companies in Qatar. 13. Establish the operation processes to enable ABISCO to go forward on the right track to start business operations in MPS, Industrial services and construction . 14. achieve the predetermined goals based on action plans with full awareness for local and international environment

Hands on experience on Business Development, Project Management, Costing, Estimation, Monitoring and Control. 4. Proficient in preparing Technical and Commercial proposals for Industrial Services. 5. Fully conversant with Static Equipment, Piping Erection / Fabrication for Hydrocarbon and Petrochemical facilities. 6. Capable to lead the team of professionals (Should be very good in people management). 7. Experience of GCC / Middle East is highly preferred. 8. Proficient with Project Management and Control using latest software Primavera P 6.2. 9. Hand on experience of Mechanical Maintenance / Projects/ Turn Around / Shut Down planning.
