KEY DUTIES AND TASKS:
Investigate incidents and complaints and identify their root causes and impact.
Monitor organizations’ performance and continued compliance. Inspect workplace environments, equipment, and practices to assess their impact on occupational health and safety & Food Safety.
Raise awareness of occupational health and safety regulations and standards. Educate audiences on methods for protecting the health and enhancing occupational safety and Food Safety.
Implement policies and procedures for complying with occupational health & safety and Food Safety regulations and standards.
Recommend corrective measures to improve compliance with regulations and standards and enhance occupational health & safety and Food Safety.

Conduct Site visits as per the direction of HSE Manager and HSE Supervisor
Ensure compliance with RSI FSMS and ISO 22000.
Conduct audits as per the direction of HSE Manager and HSE Supervisor
Assist trainers and HSE officers when required.
Ensure RSI Safety Management System is implemented throughout the company.
Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, biannual and annual reports as given by the HSE Supervisor and HSE Manager.
Responds to employees’ safety concerns. Watches out for the safety of all workers and works to protect them from entering hazardous situations.
Receives reports from and responds to orders issued by the Department of Labor.
Correct unsafe acts or conditions. Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.
