الوصف الوظيفي المهارات Implement employee on-boarding and job-related training. Coordinate coaching and mentoring schemes. Implement the policies and procedures of the function. Ensure compliance within the organization. Support management in assessing the processes and procedures of the function. Implement recruitment activities within the organization. Coordinate the candidates’ selection process. Interview candidates, arrange assessments and tests. Prepare job offers and contracts for candidates. Manage constantly changing recruitment expectations and demands of senior management and executives at SBUs and affiliates. Execute Recruitment Requests received from affiliates as per policies, procedures, and guidelines. Reviews periodically all matters dealing with recruitment activities. Include the review of manpower plans submitted by the assigned affiliates and ensure its compliance with the approved manpower plan. Recommend effective changes in recruitment plans aiming to meet/exceed business objectives Engage closely with affiliates’ RSI periodically to settle/review manpower plans and priorities to determine recruitment requirements and schedules. Meet recruitment deadlines and KPIs, and follow up with appropriates actions Search for and review potential candidates, thorough local and global databases for right talents against required vacancies.
