الوصف الوظيفي Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventory, price lists and shipments. Complete a full inventory of materials in all of our locations, recording, counting, verifying all assets, documenting all, and input in the system. Complete random stock counts at various locations, as directed by manager. Enter/Update data of the stock in the system. Consolidate orders from various site locations, review stock on hand, and place PR/MR requests for quantities needed to keep stock levels at / above their minimum quantities and to ensure all future orders are filled. Maintain the inventory, replenishing items according to business needs and implementing purchases and transfers of materials. Maintaining optimal levels of stock at all times. Aside from constantly evaluating material count, foreseeing supply and demand, taking a strategic approach to replenishing so that both overstocking and running out of stock are avoided. Placing materials into storage using a meticulous process that involves tagging, boxing, and labelling. Ensuring ease of retrieval, preparing materials for issuance, maintain a steady flow of materials from storage to Production throughout the workday. Maintain accurate inventory of both material items and transactions, noting down dates of purchase and receipt, item count and details, issues encountered, and more. Consolidate this into regular reports presented to other department units as required. Must undertake inventory audits to eliminate discrepancies. Audits for small batches occur every day, while large-scale audits may be performed monthly and annually. These involve checking for quality as well as making sure that finances add up and all materials are listed in the inventory with correct details. Any other Warehouse-Related tasks as requested/directed by the manager. Follow policies and procedures in compliance with relevant code and regulations. المهارات 2. Fully computer literate – experience on Microsoft Dynamics ERP a plus. 3. Must be prepared to travel anywhere within KSA, as they will be sent to various remote sites throughout KSA, to complete full stock counts. They could be required to stay at that site for 1 to 2 weeks. 4. Must be prepared to work 6 days a week, if required, this will not be all the time, but if they are sent to a site, they will be working 6 days a week. 5.
