الوصف الوظيفي General responsibilities: Environment, Health, Safety and Information protection: · Live and promote “we never compromise on safety”. Follow all environment, health and safety related precautions. · Business related information and documents should be protected against misuse or loss by appropriate Information protection measures. Compliance and Code of Conduct: Actively represent BASF Group interests and act as a role model with regards to Compliance and Code of conduct, ensure adherence to legal regulations and the company’s internal guidelines as well CORE values and principles. Functional / Operational tasks: Recruitment and Onboarding · Creating Employee Requisition Forms in Success Factors system. · Handling all job postings and personnel announcements. · Taking part in recruitment activities, building relationships with potential sources (including universities and colleges), and sorting out qualifies CVs. · Responding to FTE requests by providing qualified CVs for each position and insuring that accurate job descriptions are in place. · Preparing contracts, offer letters, employment letters, experience letters, and other documents requested by employees. · Full responsibility for end to end onboarding process of new employees, following up with all departments involved, scheduling and coordinating orientations. Performance Management · Coordinating and following up with all managers on the performance management of their employees, through Success Factors application. And conducting quarterly awareness sessions for managers and employees. Training and Development · Organizing Internal and External employee trainings. · Monitoring, evaluating and recording training activities and program effectiveness. Payroll and Employee Self-Service · Full responsibility for payroll and employee self-service system including: o Running monthly payroll. o Receiving all employee request through the system and providing employees with the service required. Administration / Other: · Calculation of employee end of service as per Saudi labor law. · Compiling, arranging, and updating employee records / Personnel files. · First point of contact for SAP system changes (ex: adding new employees and removing resigned/terminated employees). · Run HR temporary projects (carves out & Migration projects), (new HR Tools), and skyscraper project. · Creating all HR related Purchase Requests in SAP. · Addition and deletion of employee medical and life insurance. Full responsibility to governmental websites (addition/deletions). Ex: GOSI. المهارات · Saudi Labor Law. · HR Management. · Performance Management. IT skills: · Excellent knowledge in MS Office. · SAP knowledge is a plus.
