Scheduling of Manpower & Material availability according to the Plan and effectively use to execute the scope to achieve the set targets for Motor division.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Should have hands-on experience in trouble shooting, maintenance, repair and commissioning of HT/LT/DC & rotating equipment’s.
• Should have knowledge in method of Electrical repairs.
• Should have knowledge in Engineering calculations & Drawings.
• Should have knowledge in International standards.
• Should have knowledge in AutoCAD 2018/2020.
• Accountable for Job activities.
• Accountable for Manpower utilization.
• Accountable for Material utilization.
• Accountable for Customer comments.
• Accountable for Proper communication.
• To follow the Safety rules and Procedures.
• To follow the work procedures.
• To follow the work scope.
• To prepare the reports and customer updates.
• To highlight limitations, prior to the decision.
المهارات
Mechanical: All type of Electric Motors Services, Installation, Commissioning, Electrical Inspection, Fault Identification, Attend the customer complaints, Root cause analysis and Site evaluation for the above activities.
LOCATIONS:
FIELD: Execute the site with team as per JOB NATURE.
SHOP: Execute the Job with team as per JOB NATURE
Direct Headcount: Number of employees @ 15
FIELD services: Min.2 Sites OR upon the Demand.
SHOP services: Min.16 Jobs OR upon the Demand.
