Undertakes general safety inspections and ensures the adherence to the general build a safety culture. Safety rules and regulations in conformity with safety and loss prevention Participates in engaging the site in taking ownership of the safety process. Formulates plans and handles safety orientation classes for new- hire. Schedules and conducts annual refresher safety training classes for mine personnel recommendations and guidelines to be implemented to support a safe working Draws up lessons for safety training and obtaining approvals from the environment. Supervisor/manager before they are imparted to the trainees. Evaluates the available facilities for safety compliance and suggests modifications, e Analyze HSE incidents/data, looking for trends, and make recommendations for if any. |
