Contract Manager II

Job Description and Requirements

-Act as the single point of contact for aggregated demand communication with third parties.

-Ensure operational elements of the contract are met by Sadara and third parties.

-Ensure Site stability through effective communication and planning with key third party customers and suppliers.

-Ensure communication protocols are established, in place and effective between Sadara and third party customers and suppliers (for key contracts) for routine and emergency communication.

-Work with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing functions to regularly review, improve, and administer contracts with third party customers and suppliers.

-Maintain site operating discipline (routine and emergency) to appropriately reflect contractual parameters including but not limited to :

Maintenance forecasts and plans.
Production/Volume forecasts.
Meter and Analyzer quality verification.
Supply limits, Maximums & Minimums, Take or Pay.
Notification requirements, Advance notices.
Communication requirements.
-Proactively apply knowledge of contractual operating parameters, dynamics of integrated site processes and third -party capabilities to enhance Site Integration “Scenario” development.

Education:

Essential: Bachelor degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration or any related field.

Certification:

Grade Code: 10

Years of Experience: 2 to 3
