الوصف الوظيفي Identify patients correctly. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with hospital and departmental procedures, rules, and regulations. Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols. Identify patients correctly. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with hospital and departmental procedures, rules, and regulations. Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols. Obtain diet histories from patients and perform nutrition assessment and re-assessment process of inpatients and outpatients, documents findings in medical charts, communicate the outcomes with other members of the healthcare team. Plan and calculate therapeutic diets. Conduct diet instructions and follow ups for inpatients and outpatients and document information in patients’ medical charts. Discuss patients’ cases with physicians, nursing staff and other members of the health care team. Maintain daily records of patients’ nutrition data and diet instructions. Monitor patients on tube feeding and total parental nutrition. Implement and follow all operating procedures and policies of the section and RCHSP. Develop, maintain and coordinate in collaboration with PMR the Patient and Family Education and inforrnation.
