EDUCATION:
ESSENTIAL:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital/Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Material Management or any related discipline is required.
DESIRABLE:
- Master degree in Management/ Business Admin, or related fields.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply and Purchasing or related fields.
DESIRABLE:
- Experience in a Tertiary Hospital.

Actas Senior Planning Staff and monitor medical Stock Items with assurance thatre-order point process is carried out efficiently, Items reaching Safety StockLevels are regularly expedited and alternate brand / products areprofessionally evaluated/accepted in coordination with Purchasing section andend users to avoid critical stock situation.

- Reviewsstock levels and replenishment details by verifying the Average Monthly Usage(AMU), stock on hand (system/physical) and product expiry dates to ensure thatre-ordering process is carried out effectively and efficiently.
- ReviewsSafety Stock Report and out of Stock Report regularly to ensure that allactivities on the listed items are timely monitored and actions areappropriately taken. Share informationwith Supervisor/Manager for critical stocks.
- Reviewsthe Excess Stock/Non-Moving Items/RCHSP Short Expiry Report on a regular basis,takes the necessary action and share the information with the InventoryController for appropriate action.
- Reviewsthe Consumption Item Report for items/classes under his/her responsibility andamend the forecasting information as required, to meet the trend requirement.
- Initiatesthe necessary change order/revise delivery schedule requests to meet therequirements according to the increase/decrease in usage.
- Coordinateswith Warehouse and concerned departments to resolve problems/issues arisingfrom Unit of Measure (UOM), Catalogue Number, Brand Change, etc., priorreferring Acceptance/Rejection Form for the Head’s approval.
