Complete Erection, Testing and Commissioning the Transformers up to 500 MVA and ICTs, up to 380 KV class, including N2 filled transformers at domestic and international sites.
• Internal inspections of active part, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of all type transformers including of Protection System. DGA analysis and take corrective actions.
• Restoration of failed transformers at site. Analysis of customer complaints and make the corrective actions and preventive actions.
• Preparing the specifications of spare parts etc. quotations review, material inspection and preparing Repair request for renovation works etc.
• Execution of Turnaround (TA) shutdowns in SABIC group and qualified as a Permit Receiver. Visited various customers in SABIC group, SEC etc.
• Carry out Site visits and Job Ex. Meetings.
• Site planning’s & executions of work Onsite / Off Site.
• Review/ approving Transformer Inspection /Failure Reports.
• Provides Technical support and Lead Site Team
• Managing Material, to create PR, issue from store comparing cost & quality as required.
• Knowledge about various issues in production and TR. Testing.
Execution for Complete Assembly Testing and Commissioning the Transformers up to 500MVA and ICTs, up to 220KV class, including N2 filled transformers at
• Sound experience on site Vacuuming, oil filing filtration and oil Sampling
• On hand test experience to to perform site tests eg: TTR DC Resistance Measurement, Capacitance & Tan delta Measurements, Insulation Resistance measurement, T, Delta , SFRA & DFRA ,Partial Discharge Measurement Tests with CPC 100 and Dobal test requirements
• Supervision for Laying, termination, testing control cables and making cable joints.
• Sound Knowledge about Control and Protection system for old and new drawings and schemes.
• Conducting the site surveys and preparation of site survey reports.
• Preparation of site execution plans according to nature of work, like overhauling, gasket replacement, erection, testing and commissioning of various rating / type of transformers.
• Planning and Arrangements of resources.
• Preparations of Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, lifting plans and its approval from customer. And makes the IDs by co-coordinating with local representatives. Attend the customer meetings.
• Solutions/Suggestions for in-process testing failures.
• Internal inspections of active part, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of all type transformers including of Protection System. DGA analysis and take corrective actions.
• Restoration of failed transformers at site. Analysis of customer complaints and make the corrective actions and preventive actions.
• Attending oil leakages & oil filtration &oil;Re-generation jobs.
• Preparing the specifications of spare parts etc. quotations review, material inspection and preparing Repair request for renovation works etc.
• On job Customer training regarding protection schemes on site.
• Attend the safety orientations and qualified as a Permit Receiver in SABIC group.
• Execution of site activities according to safety norms and in professional manner and get the Job Completion Certificate (JCC).
• Compile & maintain Site procedures, work instruction & in process check lists.
• Instruct / Ensure safe storage / placement of in process materials.
• Monitoring proper functioning of Team and required resources. / O.T. records & keep good communication among shift supervisors.

Deep experience in transformer assembly, testing and commissioning at Site.
2. Deep understanding of control systems concepts.
3. Having a good knowledge of transformer tests
4. Passion for On time completion of each project.
5. JOB INVOLVES 100 % TIME ON SITE.
