Responsible Technical issues in terms Design / Repair / Retrofit workshop & Site activities in TR. Div. Service business
• Carry out reverse Engineering for failed transformers for rewinding.
• Good Knowledge about TR. protection control circuit and schemes.
• Ensure design support by providing drawing control, distribution and revision, paper work etc. Preparation of bill of material ( BOM ) in SAP with technical specification.
• Maintaining ISO document for the Work orders.
• Review / Prepare Tender document & cost sheet for service jobs as when required.
• Fault analysis of transformer for service jobs.
• Knowledge of Oil DGA analysis will added advantages.
• Understand the ARAMCO, SEC & NG standard & requirement.
• Review/ approving Transformer Inspection /Failure Reports.
• Good Team Player internal / external of organization.
• Sound Knowledge about various issues in transformer production and testing.
Direct , Guide Technical support for reverse engineering.
• Carry out reverser engineering or Electrical design of power & distribution ,Auto Transformer up to 250 MVA & 245 KV class.
• Prepare electrical design and related documents as per customer specification and technicality as per agreed timelines.
• Ensure timely creation and release of the BOM to meet manufacturing targets. in SAP with technical specification.
• Technical Material planning for various ongoing work orders of various ratings & capacities.
• Issuing Material data request creation & review technically with supply chain management.
• Material / Tools requirement planning (MRP) controlling (purchase requisition handling)
• Cooperate and coordinate with production and quality team to resolve issues and improve design quality.
• Maintain the product information and engineering methods and procedures up to date.
• Review tender / offer documents and Pre & post bid comments & specification.
• Review / Preparation optimize Tender Design & accordingly GTP as per Tender / RFQ.
• Review / Create Protection control circuit and mark up drawings based on site modifications drawings.
• Create Mechanical drawings as quired for modification / retrofit / Repair in Autocad and ProE.
• Prepare scope of work for service jobs for out sourcing items / Services.
• Fault analysis of transformer for service jobs.
• Visit sites to prepare technical reports, provide solutions for inter changeability.
• Present, Attend Job Ex. Or Tender Meetings as when required.
• Lead to interface within department to clarify any issued related to product manufacturing / testing and Tender and Marketing activity.
