Sr. Production Engineer ( Transformer)

الوصف الوظيفي
Responsible for Transformer Repair workshop activities by managing by 30 Persons in Team.
 Departmental planning’s & executions of work Onsite / Off Site.
 Review/ approving Transformer Inspection /Failure Reports.
 Provides Technical support in reverse engineering.
 Managing Material, to create PR, issue from store comparing cost & quality as required.
 Managing OTD and production departmental objective.
 Managing HR /ISO / Safety / Training within Organization
 Knowledge about various issues in production and TR. Testing.
Understand Company policy & procedures in quality, safety, product design & manufacturing methodology.
 Estimate Production Cycle Time & Capacity Analysis.
 Preparation of Production schedules & Man-hours Requirements.
 Preparation of factory loading bar chart.
 Preparation of Bi weekly plan stage wise (Level L1 Plan)
 Material planning for various ongoing work orders of various ratings & capacities.
 Monitoring Material request creation & review with supply chain management.
 Material / Tools requirement planning (MRP) controlling (purchase requisition handling )
 Monitoring the engineering data, documents, drawings.
 Compile & maintain Production procedures, work instruction & in process check lists.
 Lease with interfacing department to clarify any issued related to product manufacturing activity.
Collect feedback from interfacing departments related to product manufacturing activity & use it to improve the product.
 Ensure that all activities related to product manufacturing comply with Quality System of the Company.
 Collect / Maintain / Revision / updating documents related to Quality System
 Ensure the availability of in process/raw materials to each & every work station related to manufacturing process.
 Maintain W.O. files / drawings / design data
 Instruct / Ensure safe storage / placement of in process materials
 Monitoring proper functioning of shift / shift roster / O.T.record & communication among shift supervisors.
 Knowledge about VPD and Autoclave oven operations

• Knowledge of computer and word processing/database/spreadsheet software.
• Knowledge of purchasing policies and procedures.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to work and make decisions without intense supervision.
