Jubail University College invites suitably MALE qualified candidates to apply for the positions of Assistant Professor in Chemistry. These subjects would be taught as part of the following majors: Engineering, Computer Science, Interior Design, Business Administration and MIS.
JUC is located in coastal of Jubail Industrial City, the heart of the prosperous Eastern province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. English is the medium of instruction at the university. For the position of Assistant Professor, the successful applicant will hold a relevant PhD with 2 years’ post PhD undergraduate teaching experience or for the Lecturer position, fresh PhDs with two years undergraduate teaching experience.
1. Teaching experience should be in the following courses respectively:
Chemistry: General Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry
2. Professional experience in curriculum development.
3. Proficiency in oral and written English and computer literacy.
4. Applicants with administrative and leadership experience in an academic setting would be preferred.
5. The applicants should have GPA of Very Good (3/4) or equivalent in all academic qualifications.
Candidates not meeting all the requirements need not to apply.
Preference would be given to PhD holders, and only applicants with relevant teaching experience will be considered. Fresh PhD’s with two years undergraduate teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
