Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for his own safety and safety of peers.
Must follow Safety and Quality policies as set on organizational level.
Equally responsible for maintaining housekeeping in laboratory.
Carry out Laboratory Technician or Shift leader assignments, whenever asked to do so.
Perform assigned shift activities – routine, non-routine and supporting. Follow applicable Work Instructions, Procedures and International Standard test methods.
Complete qualification program to conduct assigned activities.
Cooperate with colleagues and share their activities with mutual understanding.
Inventory and requirements of consumables in his part of activities.
Preliminary troubleshooting, using best of his abilities, innovation and knowledge.
Member of Emergency Response Team, on request only.
The employee shall carry out other duties when requested by his supervisor.
المهارات
Minimum Educational Qualification: Degree in Chemistry or Physics / Diploma in Industrial Chemistry. Should be familiar with common Polymers and Hydrocarbons.
Minimum Work Experience: Laboratory technician or analyst in Petrochemicals, Polypropylene or Polyethylene Quality Assurance / Control Laboratory
Job Specific Skills:
Sound technical background.
Good command of the English Language
Proficiency in Computer usage most specially on MS Office and Windows latest versions.
