JOB PURPOSE:
Ensure the implementation and administration of all compensation and benefits programs for employees in accordance with company policies and procedures and Saudi Labour Laws.
jOB cONTEXT:
The job holder works under the broad guidance and directions of the Manager, HR. The job holder has to keep abreast of changes in market salaries and inflation in living costs. The job holder works within company policies and procedures.
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal:
All employees for payroll purposes, on an ongoing basis
All levels of management for discussions on MP Budgets, Promotions, merit increases, etc. on a needs basis.
External:
With benchmark peer companies for salary benefits surveys;
With travel agencies for travel ticketing,
FRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES, & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:
The jobholder operates under the general guidance of the Manager, HR and Services on all routine issues related to the HR activities.
Jobholder is free to plan and manage own areas of activity within policy/procedure constraints.
Any extraordinary issues arising outside of set policies and procedures are referred to the Manager, HR and Services for discussion and approval of recommended actions.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, preferably in HR.
Minimum Experience :
5-7 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in Compensation and benefits.
Job Specific:
Conversant with ERP systems
Analytical skills
Time Management
