HR Business Partner

JOB SUMMARY

Our Client, a Multinational Manufacturer, is looking for an HR Business Partner to be based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The HR business partner will provide a comprehensive HR service to the Plant. He will be the established capability expert and lead employee relations with employees and employee groups. The role will also involve being a contributor to the development of regional HR capability.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Guide, advise and support the plant leadership team to develop, improve and deliver best in class HR capability and services which are 100% compliant.
Build, develop and coach, the HR team ensure the HR function is staffed with the right people, performing the right roles.
Manage the delivery of all HR processes, including planning, recruitment, learning & development, remuneration & reward, employee relations, motivation and retention.
Work with each senior leader in the Plant to assess their vision and the Virtue & Talents needed to execute that vision (i.e. right organization, right leaders in the right place)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will be qualified with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources along with a professional certification in the field of HR. Having at least 8 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues, knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management, and respective employment laws is required.
