Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including cleaning and sanitizing counters, equipment, and utensils. Maintain knowledge of the menu and be able to answer customers’ questions about coffee, brewing methods, and ingredients. Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, to pour and prepare various coffee-based beverages.
