Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable; answer customer queries, inform customers of delays, arrange delivery dates, and schedule marketing events.
Handle orders by phone, email, or mail and check the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
Use and develop the sales database of the company.
Record orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Prepare sales proposals; maintain the records and response document folders.
Communicate with other departments and all concerned parties to ensure fulfillment of client requirements as per the agreement.
Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
