Prepare and edit contracts between the company and potential clients and Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner.
Collaborate with clients to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled in compliance with terms and regulations.
Curate and establish effective procurement policies and proposals.
Perform additional research to ensure the compliance of contractual agreements with existing regulations.

In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, in addition to being able to present complex information in a concise manner.
Comprehensive knowledge regarding legal specifications, procurements regulations and policies and contractual documentation standards.
