performs clerical duties to help an office run smoothly and efficiently. Their duties include answering phone calls and emails, greeting and directing office visitors to designated meeting areas, and building spreadsheets or presentations for leadership staff.
Perform general administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, handling phone calls, and responding to emails.
Maintain and update organizational databases, records, and files in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences, and coordinate logistics as necessary.
Prepare and distribute memos, letters, reports, and other documents as required.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and providing necessary resources.
Assist in the coordination of office maintenance, repairs, and equipment procurement as needed.
Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
Support financial activities such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and smooth workflow.
Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
المهارات
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience working in an administrative role, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with office equipment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of basic financial processes and tools (e.g., invoice processing, budget tracking) is desirable.
