Administer the company’s existing digital infrastructure through routine evaluation and testing.
Hire, source, and train new IT employees, introducing them to the organizational standards and guidelines.
Align new Information Technology systems with the practical requirements of the organization’s policies and standards.
Define a structured information technology infrastructure with well-defined guidelines and policies.
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
Work as a bridge to solve critical problems of important individuals within the organization through prompt addressal of the issues.
المهارات
Proven track record of working as a prolific IT Manager associated with a professional organization or company.
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
A graduate degree holder in Information Technology with relevant skills and knowledge.
Ability to work in a diverse project team to develop an efficient and valuable IT solution.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
