Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking.
Monitor the presentation of multiple bakery items including pastries, and look after the dressing, topping and arrangement to attract customers.
Examine the quality of culinary equipment utilized in daily activities and their impact on the preparation of bakery items.
Create new decorations for bakery items like cakes and pastries to make the dishes beautiful, and add more variety to the menu.
المهارات
Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (pastries that are gluten free, sugarless etc.).
An experienced professional with sufficient knowledge of the appropriate ingredients for a variety of bakery dishes.
Professional experience and certifications in culinary arts, baking and associated domains.
The ability to prepare and present top-class bakery items with utmost professionalism.
