We are seeking an experienced and motivated Burger Chef who will be responsible for managing the kitchen and food preparation for our new restaurant and/or cloud kitchen in Jeddah, KSA..
The role will work closely with the operations team to ensure that the kitchen is working efficiently and effectively and implement processes that align with our company’s vision and values.
المهارات
3+ years of experience in working at burger joints
Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles, and a passion for creating high-quality, delicious food. Especially knowledge about burger buns, and beef patties.
Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and mentoring teams
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Experience managing food costs and inventory levels, and a solid understanding of financial statements and budgeting
Familiarity with food safety regulations and health codes, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers, vendors, and team members
Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or a related field (preferred)
