Job Purpose:
Coffee Machines Technician
Title Fully Automatic Machine Technician
install, maintain, and repair coffee machines including espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.
Understand the functionality of a variety of different Coffee machines (Fully Automatic, Traditional, Vending).
Ensure that installations are compliant with plumbing, electrical and sanitation codes, and standards.
Provide technical support to customers via in-person visits, phone, etc.
Perform preventive maintenance checks and cleanings on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and provide solutions.
Order necessary parts and supplies for repairs and maintenance.
Train customers in equipment operation and proper maintenance practices.
Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory.
10.Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.
11.Follow all safety and sanitation procedures when working on equipment or in customer locations.
12.Keep up to date on industry trends and new technology related to coffee equipment.

Troubleshooting machine and fix
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hot beverage systems; follow up and survey machinery, development beverage systems.
Delivery and installation of equipment.
Track spare part usage.
Check exclusive use of barns products.
Conduct product testing for customers during market visits with Sales Force.
Visit key customers randomly to evaluate customer satisfaction and for service improvement.
Study Food Safety on new product/ new equipment/ method for FS before implementation to customer, operator, etc.
Other ad hoc and administrative jobs (communicating with sales reps, retrieving information about the appropriate equipment, providing repairs / equipment demonstrations) may be required.

Handle technical product complaints on new product development.
المهارات
Education and experience
Diploma/degree in electronics or electrical or technical knowledge.
3 years’ experience in coffee machines, Manual & Fully automatic coffee machine and in mechanical maintenance.
Computer knowledge/ excel / word.
As a plus Knowledge of Vending & Beverage Systems Machinery;(recommended Schaerer or WMF or VITRO)
Good communication skills.
Self-motivated, able to work through service calls rapidly.
Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and work ethic.
Valid driver’s license.
