Job description
Searching for an experienced as a payroll accountant to complete the daily payroll operations for the branch, along with sufficient expertise in various accounting jobs.
The primary responsibility will be to issue employee payments, subject to deductions. Undertake payroll and records preparation and contribute to various accounting tasks, such as updating payroll files and generally directing accounting entries.
Responsibilities
General supervision of employee salaries
net salary calculation.
Make sure payroll documents are accurate
Update general ledger and payroll files
Monitor uncollected leave
Updating attendance schedules and their consequences.
solving payroll problems
Answer employee questions about salaries
Participate in salary audit.
Communication with the Banks (general bank transfers, salary transfers, opening workers’ bank accounts, updating labors accounts and ATM cards)
Ensuring compliance of the public and private sectors with payroll accounting, such as wages protection and GOSI
Preparing files, registers and general accounting tables for the accounting department.

To succeed in this role, he/she must have strong mathematics skills and knowledge of national laws relating to payroll. If he meets these criteria and has a degree in finance or a similar field, an interview can initially be considered.
Requirements
Previous experience as a payroll Accountant or in a same accountant role
Previous experience as a general accountant or in a same role
Understand local and state rules about salaries, taxes, wages protection and GOSI
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience and excellent handling of accounting software such as MS-Dynamic AX or SAP
Great mathematical ability and attention to details.
Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting
Additional certifications (eg certification in payroll preparation)
Certificates of experience not less than 3 years.
Fluent Arabic / English
