Job Summary: The Student Recruitment Agent will be responsible for identifying potential students who are interested in studying MBBS at an affordable university in Central Asia and encouraging them to enroll in our university. The agent will work on commission basis and will receive 1000 AED commission per enrolled student.
Responsibilities: The agent will work with the university admissions team to share marketing materials and attract potential students. They will also identify potential students through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and in-person networking. The agent will communicate with prospective students to provide information about the university and its programs, answer any questions they may have, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They should be comfortable with public speaking and networking, and have strong sales skills.
Experience: No experience is required.
Performance Metrics: The Student Recruitment Agent will be evaluated based on their ability to recruit new students to the university. 1000 AED commission will be paid for each fully enrolled student.

Marketing Skills: A student recruitment agent should have a good understanding of marketing concepts and techniques, including email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing. The agent should be able to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.
Organization and Time Management: The agent should be able to manage their time effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines. The agent should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
