Job Role – Growth Manager – HR & Administration Purpose – Enable growth of personnel and company, managing administrative compliance, regulatory affairs and commercial developments. Logistics by its very nature involves managing people across various levels so your people skills will be constantly tested by internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Enable company growth through people management – empower right roles and responsibilities, performance management, holidays.
