Job Summary: Develop marketing plans for the assigned brands with all complexity, implement the same and monitor its progress in order to help drive revenue, market share and brand awareness.
Strategic / General Duties and Responsibilities:
Consumer-Need Management
Develop marketing plans for the assigned products, implement the same and monitor progress on set KPIs.
Consumer Insights
Collaborate with the research partners to identify and understand Consumer Insights for the assigned products through analysis and/or research to develop strong marketing plans.
Advertising and Consumer Promotion
Develop effective Advertising and Consumer Promotional programs for the assigned products based on learning and/or Consumer Insights, and evaluate effectiveness of the investments to achieve the set KPIs (e.g. financial and non-financial; equity, awareness). Optimize wherever necessary while developing future plans.
Renovation & Innovations
Support in generating and evaluate ideas for renovation and innovation of the assigned products based on Consumer Insights, market opportunities, SWOT analysis, technological opportunities, and process improvements with Supply Chain and other functions in order to improve existing Segment’s portfolio and/or to launch new segments.
Pricing
Support in the development of consumer pricing actions for the assigned products in-line with the Marketing Strategy Finance and Sales to achieve set KPI.
Operational Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
lead and manage, with strong ownership, to develop and implement the marketing plans and achieve the KPIs with cross-functional teams & agency partners.
Third Party Management
positive service and client relationships with all third party agencies and/or suppliers (e.g.: Creative, Media, Activation, Vendors of Marketing elements) to deliver the assigned products plans and KPIs.
KPIs Tracking.
track and manage assigned KPI’s for the assigned products and take corrective actions when needed.
Budget Reconciliation
Reviewing and update marketing budget spending and assure alignment with finance team and resolving any discrepancies that are discovered.
Sales - to determine growth in sales of all channels and which have the most opportunity.
Brand Awareness - to make consumers aware of Radwa brand by developing brand preference and loyalty.
Market Share - in addition to increased sales volume, gain ground on market share over competitors.

Analytical skills: You should have strong analytical skills and be able to analyze data and metrics to measure the success of brand campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Project management skills: You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
