Job Title: Call Center / Appointment Coordinator
Location: Veterinary Clinic in Jeddah
Deal with the organization’s telephonic conversations with utmost diligence and punctuality.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Explain all the essential details of the organization’s products and services to captivate the customer’s attention.
Take the initiative to build fruitful connections through fluent and engaging communication.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Provide a delightful call experience to the customers, keeping track of the valuable time to avoid potential delays.
Coordinate and coordinate appointments with staff, including scheduling appointments for the day.
Assign appointment dates to employees as needed by coordinating work schedules.
Reserving appointments for medical visits, and inquiring about receiving medical services and available appointments.
Provider support during scheduled appointments through phone calls, emails, etc.
Maintain accurate records regarding appointments received from clients via email or telephone.
Perform other duties as assigned.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional appointment coordinator is preferred.
Animal lover, can deal and work in a place with animal around
No Allergic to Animal
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
Strong organizational skills including the ability to maintain confidentiality
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Able to read, write and speak English fluently
Strong communication skills
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel)
Expertise in working as a call center.
Efficient in communicating clearly with the caller by following appropriate telephonic etiquette.
Adroit multi-tasker with an ability to note important pointers while attending a vital customer call.
Fluent command of computer technologies and basic operations for conducting the assigned tasks productively.
Refined communication skills with an ability to persuade customers.
Exhibiting the eagerness to innovate and enhance the existing work output by working on constructive feedback.
