الوصف الوظيفي To supply Accessories to retail and internal customers in a prompt and accurate manner. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Honesty and integrity in all areas of the company’s business and maintain the Company’s image. To adhere to the companies Policies and Procedures and be instrumental in suggesting improvements to them as required. Make sure that 5S Standard in workplace is followed and implemented. Maintain cleanliness of Parts and Accessories Department and keep inventory neatly stacked and orderly. Keep yourself groomed and clothed as per the company’s guidelines and keep your place of work clean and tidy. Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner. Provide excellence customer service to all of Alesayi Motors customers. Promote the sales of Accessories by all means and make sure that stock of accessories is kept at minimum level at all times and that it is sold before model change and ensure that no accessories become obsolete inventory. Assist Managers with attaining retail sales and profitability plans in Accessories. Assist customers with determination of Accessories requirements and merchandise items. Develop and share knowledge of all Accessories merchandise, history, and service. Interface with Sales, Parts and Service staff and technicians and ensure their Accessories needs are being met. Point out any sales, specials, new merchandise and offer additional product that may compliment the customer purchase. Recommend related Accessories, which may be required for new or current models. Update inventory control system and Accessories catalogue with latest data. Notify other personnel when special or back-ordered Accessories are received. Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously. Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude, and demonstrate our commitment to excellent customer service. Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships and maintain them. Design, set up and maintain accessory displays in other departments to promote the sale of accessories and to enhance the appearance of customer facing areas. Representing Alesayi Motors Company in related to accessories in forums, events, and suppliers. المهارات Basic computer literacy. Flexibility and good time management skills in being able to deal with unplanned tasks and duties. Good general retail background and experience.
