Our client: One of the leading FMCG companies in the region is looking to bring on board a Director IT.
Your role: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations strategy in alignment with the overall business strategy of the organization. Manage IT demand across business functions; identify and evaluate emerging technologies that can improve the operation and competitive advantage. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient and effective use of technology. Manage IT budget and monitor spending plans & cost control measures. Maintain relationships with the vendors and service providers. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to IT such as data privacy and security regulations. Evaluate and manage the implementation of SAP/ERP IT Architecture.
المهارات
Must haves: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or IT. At least 15 years of IT managerial experience and heading a large team in an FMCG format with SAP as the core system. The proven accomplishment of project management in IT digitalization. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and senior levels. Relevant professional certifications in IT. Experience in SAP/ERP modules used in the sales and distributions domain and experience in e-commerce projects as well.
