Our client: A leading company in the travel and tourism industry in Jeddah is looking to recruit a Head of Operations.

Your role: The Head of Operations would lead the strategic direction of the business operation across the Kingdom. Responsible for P&L;of the business. Work directly with the GM in creating a clear and credible vision for the company. Responsible for setting up the systems and procedures to ensure exceptional quality of service. Accountable for the Cruise business segment from business development to service delivery. Understand market trends and align the business with the team to achieve strategic goals and maximize revenues. Establish and manage contacts at the highest levels with local authorities, government officials and suppliers, in order to enhance the company image and facilitate the operation of large or special projects and maintain an edge over competitors. In liaison with the various units, constantly seek to develop new experiences and products for Cruise Lines, Tour Operators, MICE and Domestic audiences, for both luxury and mid-segment.

المهارات
Must haves: You must possess a university degree level in Travel/Tourism or Business Management. 10-15 years of relevant experience within travel industry operations and or Cruise operations. In-depth knowledge of the functional units within a Destination Management Company. Strong knowledge and understanding of the Tourism and Cruise industry. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
